1.Who sells
CanariGest is a web application for managing bird breeding, sold by Carlos Monteiro, identified on the legal information page. By creating an account or buying a licence, you accept these terms.
2.Licences and prices
There are two licences, both with a one-time payment, lifetime access and technical support included: Basic costs €30 and lets you record up to 10 pairs; Premium costs €60 and does not limit the number of pairs. Both licences have the same features. The prices in force at the time of purchase apply.
3.Account and purchase
To buy, you must create an account with a valid email address and confirm it. The licence is chosen and paid for inside the application. Payment is processed by Stripe and access is activated once Stripe confirms the payment. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
4.Your records
The records you enter about your aviary belong to you. You can export them as CSV and make backups from within the application. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
5.Use of the application
You agree to use the website and the application lawfully, without harming their operation, their security or the rights of others. The licence allows you to use the application; it does not allow you to copy it, resell it or make it available to others.
6.Availability
We aim to keep the application available and the information accurate, but errors, maintenance or interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
7.Consumer rights
These terms do not limit the rights granted to consumers by law, including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February. For information about complaints and alternative dispute resolution, see the legal information page.
8.Intellectual property
The application, this website, the texts, the images and the CanariGest brand are protected by copyright and belong to the seller or to their respective rights holders.
